Wedding Transportation

Wedding days run on a clock. The driver arrives 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup. If picking up from a church they wait outside for whenever you are ready. You enjoy the day. We keep the bus on schedule.

The rate you see is the rate you pay for the Omaha area. Driver gratuity, mileage in town, taxes, and cleaning are already in it. No surprises.

Underage guests are allowed without pre approval for daytime weddings only. If you need underage guests at night, reach out for pre approval.

We cover the Greater Omaha area. Inside the city you get unlimited mileage, so you can use the bus however you want during your rental. Hotel to venue, pictures, extra stops, then back again. If you need travel outside Omaha, email a detailed itinerary to Info@RnRBus.com and we will put together a travel charge.

Yes. Every bus has Bluetooth, professional sound, lighting, and wireless mics. Bring a playlist. There is no restroom on the bus, so plan a stop every 30 minutes, or after a long picture stop if there is no restroom at the picture location.

Fill out the reservation form. A $375 deposit on a credit card holds the bus. The deposit goes toward the balance, which is not due until the day of pickup.

Have a few people ready to load coolers when the bus arrives so the bus is stocked and ready for the wedding party. Bring water. Wedding days run in the afternoon and people get thirsty. When you plan photos, keep in mind most picture locations do not have a restroom. Plan a restroom stop at a gas station or bar after pictures. From our experience, a restroom break after a photo shoot is almost always needed.

We do not allow split times. If you need a bus in the afternoon and again at night, that is treated as two separate rentals. We do offer discounts when you book both time slots. If you do not need the bus for the full night block, we may be able to offer a further discount. Reach out if you need buses at more than one time on the wedding day.

We understand a lot goes into planning a wedding and things can change. We always want to work with our guests. If you need to make a change before your wedding, reach out and we will do our best to accommodate. Need to make a change the day of? Not a problem. We are used to weddings and stay flexible. If timing needs to be adjusted or stops change, the driver will help however they can.

Our buses do not have a way to attach signs or decorations on the outside. Light decorating is allowed inside. We recommend against tape. If tape is hard to get off or damages the vinyl, there will be additional charges.

We can run as many shuttle trips as you need during your rental block. Keep in mind everything is slower with buses. Loading and unloading takes time at each stop, and drive times are slower.
