Birthday Party Buses

The rate you see is the rate you pay for the Omaha area. Driver gratuity, mileage in town, taxes, and cleaning are already in it. No surprises.

Fill out the reservation form. A $375 deposit on a credit card holds the bus. The deposit goes toward the balance, which is not due until the day of pickup.

We have the same liquor license as a bar and do not allow underage guests during evening rentals. The driver will check IDs at any time. If underage guests are found on the bus or trying to enter the bus with an invalid ID, the rental will be canceled, no refund will be given, and the balance will still be due in full. Due to our liquor license, if anyone under the age of 21 is found on the bus without prior approval, the charter will end immediately.

We cover the Greater Omaha area. Inside the city you get unlimited mileage, so you can use the bus however you want during your rental. Dinner, bars, extra stops, then back again. If you need travel outside Omaha, email a detailed itinerary to Info@RnRBus.com and we will put together a travel charge.

Yes. Every bus has Bluetooth, professional sound, lighting, and wireless mics. Bring a playlist. You are welcome to bring your favorite drinks, with a few exceptions. We do not allow glass beer bottles, jello shots or gelatin, red wine, 5 gallon drink containers, or kegs. Glass liquor bottles are allowed. Cups for mixed drinks should have lids. Flexible coolers or small to medium hard sided coolers work best. XXL coolers cannot come up the stairs.

Yes. There is no restroom on the bus, so we need to stop about every 30 minutes. If the places you want to go are close together, that is not a problem. The driver can cruise you for the 30 minutes beforehand if you would like.

Yes. Extra time is $150 an hour or $75 per half hour. If you need less time than our minimums, reach out and ask about a possible discount.

We understand birthday plans can shift. If you need to make a change before the night, reach out and we will do our best to accommodate. Need to change a stop the night of? Tell the driver. If timing needs to be adjusted, the driver will help however they can.

Decorating is not recommended. We can allow light decorations on the inside. We recommend no tape. If tape is hard to get off or damages the vinyl, there will be additional charges.

Due to the height and size of our buses, not every lot works. We drop you as close and safely as we can at each stop. We do not pick up or drop off at most residential addresses. If you want a house pickup, it has to be pre approved before booking.
