Our rates are all inclusive and include the gratuity for the driver, unlimited mileage in the Omaha area, cleaning of the bus, trash disposal, taxes, and all other charges.

To reserve the bus
$375 Deposit
To secure your reservation, a deposit of $375 is required when booking. The deposit will be applied towards the final bill. Deposits must be made with a credit card. Debit and pre-loaded cards are not accepted. Deposit is non-refundable. See Rules, Terms and Conditions.
- For Corporate, Sporting, Concerts, or Specialty Events please contact for a custom quote.
- Prices exclude holidays and special events, such as, but not limited to, Labor/Memorial Day Weekend, St. Patrick’s Day Weekend, Halloween Weekend, New Years Eve Weekend, and the Month of December. Early morning rentals may have additional charge. Prices are subject to change.
About These Rates
- Our rates are all inclusive and include the gratuity for the driver, unlimited mileage in the Omaha area, cleaning of the bus, trash disposal, taxes, and all other charges.
- Additional time can be added for $150 per hour or $75 per half hour.

Mileage
- Unlimited mileage is for the Omaha area only.
- Any travel outside of Omaha will have additional travel charges and must be pre-approved before booking.
- For pre-approval please email a detailed itinerary to Info@RnRBus.com.
- We do not mind driving you around to have fun on the bus, but there are no restrooms aboard and you will need to have a planned stop every 20 to 30 minutes.
Payments
- The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup.
- You can pay the driver with cash, check, Venmo, or credit card.
- Checks are only accepted for weddings and corporate accounts.
- If the balance is paid with a credit card or Venmo there is an additional 3% processing fee.
- There is no fee if the balance is paid in cash and there is no fee for the deposit.
Drinks / Coolers
- You are welcome to bring any of your favorite drinks on the bus, with these exceptions.
- We do not allow glass beer bottles, jello shots or gelatin, red wine, 5 gallon drink containers, or kegs.
- If we find jello or gelatin on the bus there will be an additional $75 fee.
- Glass liquor bottles are allowed.
- Any cups used for mixed drinks should have lids. Buses are bouncy and cups without lids, like red solo cups, will spill if not covered.
- If there are excessive drink spills there could be an additional $75 cleaning charge.
- You are welcome to bring coolers. We highly suggest flexible coolers, or small to medium size hard sided coolers.
- Large and XL coolers take up a lot of aisle space and may not fit on the bus or in between the aisle.
- XXL coolers are not allowed as they are not able to be loaded through the stairwell.
Pickup and drop off
- Due to the height and size of our buses not all pickup and drop off locations can be accommodated.
- Some parking lots and areas of town are too small for our buses to get directly to.
- During your rental, we will drop you off as close and safely as we can at each location.
- We do not pick up or drop off at the vast majority of residential addresses.
- If you would like a residential pickup or drop off it will need to be pre-approved before booking.
Underage guests
- We take underage drinking very seriously.
- We do not allow any guests under the age of 21 without prior approval.
- Underage guests are only allowed for daytime weddings, holiday light tours, corporate, shuttle, or specialty events.
- Underage guests must be pre-approved before booking.
- Holiday light tours do not need pre-approval.
- The driver will check IDs at any time.
- If underage guests are found on the bus or trying to enter the bus with an invalid ID, the rental will be canceled, no refund will be given, and the balance will still be due in full.
- Due to our liquor license, if anyone under the age of 21 is found on the bus without prior approval, the charter will end immediately.
