RnRBus is seeking experienced and professional drivers to join our team

Compensation:
$50 per hour. Drivers are paid for the customer booked rental time, plus 1 hour before and 1 hour after the booked time. For example, a 4-hour booked rental means the driver is paid for 6 hours total. Customers must book minimum 3-4hrs on weekend nights. Ensuring drivers are paid $250 -$300 per rental.
Drivers are paid weekly as 1099 independent contractors.
Our company aggressively promotes an all-inclusive pricing model — there are no additional tips from customers. We compensate for this with our premium hourly rate of $50.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Class B CDL with Air Brake and Passenger endorsements.
Minimum of 2 years of CDL experience, and be at least 21 years old (required by our insurance - no exceptions).
Must pass a background check, driving record check.
Ability to work Friday and Saturday shifts (see schedule details below).
Commitment to a minimum of 2 weekends per month (drivers are rotated).
Strong customer service skills with a professional, engaging, and helpful demeanor; customer service experience preferred.
Comfortable working late schedules (some shifts may end as late as 3 AM).
Reliability is an absolute requirement—we play a critical role in weddings and once-in-a-lifetime events - missed shifts are not acceptable.
Schedule & Shift Details:
Friday night shifts starting at 7 PM or later
Saturday day shifts (during wedding season) typically starting around 2 PM
Saturday night shifts starting at 7 PM or later.
Commitment to a minimum of 2 weekends per month
Late Shift: The latest customers can book is 2 AM. After unloading passengers and returning the bus to the shop, some shifts may not conclude until closer to 3 AM. Candidates must be able to work these late hours.
The schedule is released one month in advance, and you are responsible for driving any rentals during your assigned weekend.
The buses are located near the Fort street exit on I-680.
Additional Duties:
Our company holds a liquor license, and drivers will be responsible for checking passenger IDs upon entering the bus.
Make an introduction and safety announcement to passengers in the beginning of the rental.
Handling cash and processing credit card payments
Using GPS to navigate
Communicate with host to help keep on schedule, discuss stops, etc.
Greet guests as they enter and exit the bus.
Clean the bus after each shift.
Go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
