PAYMENTS: Remaining balance is due at the time of pickup. You can pay the driver with cash, check, Venmo, or credit card. Checks are only accepted for weddings and business accounts. If the balance is paid with a credit card or Venmo there is an additional 3% processing fee. There is no fee if the balance is paid in cash and there is no fee for the deposit.
CANCELLATIONS: Customer must notify Rockin N Rollin LLC of cancellations. Any cancellation will automatically lose their deposit. Deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days before scheduled event will be charged 50% of the total agreed price for the charter. Any cancellation less than 14 days before scheduled event will be charged the full price of the charter. Charges will be applied to credit card used to make the deposit.
LIABILITY: Customers and their guests are aware of the fact that riding in a motor vehicle and participating in the event and its related activities could potentially result in injury to customer and/or guests. If at any time you or a member of your group becomes to intoxicated you will have to use the bus time to return to the pickup location to drop off the guest, or call alternative transportation i.e.- DD, Taxi, Uber. If you or a guest are unable to stay awake you cannot ride the bus and must have alternative transportation pick you up. Under no circumstance is Rockin N Rollin LLC or its employees liable for any injuries or damages to the customer or any guest aboard the bus.
Underage Policy: We take underage drinking very seriously. We do not allow any guests under the age of 21 without prior approval. Underage age guests are only allowed for Weddings, Corporate, and Speciality Events. For underage guests please contact for preapproval. If underage guest are found on the bus or trying to enter the bus with a invalid ID the rental will be canceled, no refund will be given, and the balance will still be due in full. We only accept Driver's License, Military ID card, Visa / Passport, or Alien Registration cards as form of ID. Paper ID’s will only be accepted if you still have the original state issued ID. *If you have a printed ID only you will not be able to enter the bus.
CHANGES TO RESERVATION: You will be locked in for the date and amount of time you book. Any added time can not be removed. If you would like to switch buses we require at least a 30 day notice and is subject to availability. You are welcome to add any additional time if it is available and approved by managment. Additional time is not guaranteed the night of.
OVERTIME BILLING: Overtime charges for services will be paid on the night of, or charged to the credit card on file. Charges are by the hour at the same rate the charter was booked for. Purchase of additional hours are at the discretion of management and are not guaranteed.
BIO HAZARD OR BODILY FLUID CLEAN-UP: It is an automatic $200.00 charge per incident, NO EXCEPTIONS. This charge will be billed to the credit card on file or paid the night of.
PICK-UP DROP-OFF: Due to the height and size of our buses not all pick up and drop off locations can be accommodated.
The host is responsible in making sure that permission has been given by the property for pick or drop off. Some parking lots and areas of town are to small for our buses to get directly to. During your rental, we will drop you off as close and safe as we can at each location. We Do Not Pick up or Drop Off At The Vast Majority of Residential Addresses. We do make some exceptions for homes that are safely and easily accessible. If you would like a residential pickup or drop off it will need to be pre-approved before the rental date.
SMOKING: is NOT allowed on our vehicles.
CHAUFFEUR’S RESPONSIBILITY: The chauffeur’s primary responsibility is to keep the passengers safe, and to safeguard the vehicle. In the sole judgment of the chauffeur, if they determine that the behavior of you or your guests for any reason is out of control, disrespectful, unsafe, illegal, irresponsible, or places lives and/or property in jeopardy, they can and will terminate the run on the spot. If this happens, you will NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. Your party will be responsible for finding a safe ride home.
ALCOHOL: No alcoholic beverages are served by Rockin N Rollin LLC or its employees. Rockin N Rollin LLC will not be liable for passengers who have consumed alcohol prior to, on board, or after the trip is completed. We do not allow Glass beer bottles, Jello Shots/Gelatin, Red Wine, Kegs, Beer Bongs, or 5 Gallon Containers. Rockin N Rollin reminds you to always be safe and know your limits.
CONTRABAND: We refuse to transport anyone in possession of a weapon or illegal substance. Possession or use of illegal drugs by anyone in the vehicle is prohibited.
LOST ITEMS: Make sure you have left nothing in the vehicle at the end of the charter. This is your responsibility and we will accept absolutely no liability for anything left behind, lost, stolen, missing or damaged.
DUI: The person making the reservation is responsible for making arrangements so that no one in your party is put in a position of driving under the influence. Rockin N Rollin LLC Is not responsible for you or your guest having a safe ride home at the end of the rental.
DESTINATIONS AND TRAVEL: We have full authority to operate throughout the State of Nebraska and Iowa. We do not limit the number of stops you can make within the amounted time. Any travel outside the city will be subject to additional charges and needs to be pre-approved before the rental date.
DAMAGE OR THEFT: The Customer is responsible for all guest damages and items stolen from Rockin N Rollin LLC. For all damages, missing or stolen items the client will be charged for replacement materials at cost, plus $150 per hour labor and any lost revenue during the downtime.
CLEANING CHARGE: Extra charges may be imposed for excessive mess by passengers at $75.00. This charge will only be applied if the bus is excessively messy. It is extremely rare that this charge is ever applied.
MEDIA: You give Rockin N Rollin LLC the right to film you and your guests during the trip. You agree that if any media is taken on the bus it can be used by Rockin N Rollin LLC. You agree to let Rockin N Rollin LLC use the media for marketing purposes. This means, but not limited to, the internet, our website, social sites such as Facebook, and any fliers we circulate.
SELECTED BUS: We will always do our best to provide you with the bus you selected. Due to unforeseen events, mechanical issues, or things out of our control we may not be unable to provide the bus you booked, we do reserve the right to switch your bus with another. This does not qualify for a reduction in pricing.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Rockin N Rollin LLC is referred to as “Rockin N Rollin LLC” and the person who is reading this Event Agreement as customer is referred to as “Customer.” Applicability-This Agreement applies to Rockin N Rollin LLC providing transportation for the Event. Any additional or different terms or conditions proposed by Customer are objected to and are hereby rejected. Prices and Payment-Upon reading this Agreement, Customer shall pay the full amount two weeks before the pickup date of the charter. Customer agrees to pay deposit with card given during the reservation. Customer agrees to provide Rockin N Rollin LLC with credit card information and agrees that Rockin N Rollin LLC may charge any amounts due from Customer to said credit card.
Additional Charges. When, at the request of Customer, any change in service resulting in additional miles or hours, an additional charge shall be added, payment for which shall be due immediately. Tolls, highway fees, parking fees, etc. will be separate and additional elements in the determination of any additional charges. Any additional fees unforeseen prior to departure are the responsibility of Customer.
Damage to Bus- The cost of repairing damage to the bus resulting from actions of Customer and/or its guests shall be charged to Customer and is payable as soon as such cost is determined.
Arrival Time-The time of arrival at starting point, stop-over point, destination, or return to point of origin cannot be guaranteed. The operator is instructed to drive at all times in compliance with applicable law. Unusual road, traffic and weather conditions are beyond the control of Rockin N Rollin LLC and the operator, and delays occasioned by same will not be the responsibility of Rockin N Rollin LLC or the operator. Late arrivals due to these and other occurrences beyond the control of Rockin N Rollin LLC and the operator are not grounds for cancellation or reduced price.
Personal Items-Neither Rockin N Rollin LLC nor the operator assumes any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any personal property of Customer and/or its guests. Baggage and any other personal property is at passengers’ own risk.
Conduct of Passengers. Passengers shall not obstruct the operator or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the bus. Rockin N Rollin LLC reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, or who are, or are likely to become, objectionable to other persons or if the operator feels threatened in any way.
TRANSPORTATION OF MINORS: The customer is responsible for all underage guest. The customer is responsible for notify any legal guardians of underage passengers, of the planned activities and bus charter. The customer is responsible to ensure that the legal guardians and guest are aware of the fact that riding in a motor vehicle and participating in the event and its related activities could potentially result in injury to child and/or guests. Under no circumstance is Rockin N Rollin LLC or its employees liable for any injuries or damages to the customer or any guest aboard the bus. The customer is responsible for ensuring the legal guardians of any underage guest have read and agreed to the Terms of Contract located at http://www.RnRBus.com/rules-and-terms-and-conditions.html

Firearms, Explosives and Fireworks. Possession of firearms, explosives and/or fireworks (whether in baggage or on the person) are strictly forbidden on the bus.
Prices Subject to Change.
Compliance with Laws and Rules. Customer shall comply, and shall be responsible for its guests’ compliance with, all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and any of Rockin N Rollin LLC rules and reconfigurations a passenger of Rockin N Rollin LLC. and in connection with the Event, including, but not limited to, laws relating to the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Certain Acknowledgments and Waivers. Customer and its guests’ is aware of the fact that riding in a motor vehicle and participating in the Event and its related activities could potentially result in injury to Customer and/or its guests’ , and could potentially result in property damage. Customer voluntarily assumes the risk of injury or death to Customer and its guests’ while being a passenger of Rockin N Rollin LLC and participating in the Event, and voluntarily assume the risk of property damage. Customer hereby releases and covenants not to sue Rockin N Rollin LLC, the operator, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs, fines, penalties, claims and/or causes of action (“Claims”) that may now or hereafter exist, arise or be caused, whether negligently or otherwise, in connection with being a passenger of Rockin N Rollin LLC and/or the Event, including, but not limited to, Claims related to death, personal injury, bodily injury, and/or property damage or destruction. Customer, and it guests, further expressly agrees that the foregoing release and waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. Customer, and its guests, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all Claims which may be brought or entered against any of them as a result of Customer’s and its guests’ participation in the Event, Customer and its guests being passengers of Rockin N Rollin LLC, and/or Customer’s and/or its guests’ failure to comply with Rockin N Rollin LLC rules and regulations and/or applicable law. The indemnification shall include attorneys’ fees incurred in defending against any claim or judgment and incurred in negotiating any settlement.
Limitation of Liability-IN NO EVENT SHALL Rockin N Rollin LLC OR THE OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR CUSTOMER’S OR ANY OTHER PERSONS’ CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM Rockin N Rollin LLC PERFORMANCE,, EVEN IF Rockin N Rollin LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT NEITHER Rockin N Rollin LLC NOR THE OPERATOR SHALL, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE TOTAL PRICE OF EVENT.
Force Measure. Rockin N Rollin LLC shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure of performance hereunder caused by acts of God, war, riot, fire, explosion, flood, strike, lock-out, injunction, governmental law or regulations, or any other cause beyond the control of Rockin N Rollin LLC.
Default. In the event of bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings involving Customer, in the event of the appointment of an assignee for the benefit of creditors or of a receiver, or if Customer is insolvent or fails to perform any obligation arising under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, default of payment, Rockin N Rollin LLC may, without any liability whatsoever and without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which Rockin N Rollin LLC may have at law or in equity, immediately terminate in whole or in part, further performance by Rockin N Rollin LLC of its obligations arising.
Collection. Customer agrees to reimburse any sums expended by Rockin N Rollin LLC, including but not limited to, attorneys’ fees, lost revenue, collection fees and any other expenses incurred by Rockin N Rollin LLC in collection of payment for any amount due to Rockin N Rollin LLC Choice of Law/Venue,This Booking Service Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to the principles of conflict of laws. Any legal action brought to enforce or construe this Agreement shall be brought in the courts located in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and the parties hereby agree to the jurisdiction of such courts and agree that they will not invoke the doctrine of forum non conveniens or other similar defenses.
Indemnification The signatory hereunder agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Rockin N Rollin LLC, from and against any and all losses, claims, demands, costs, damages, liabilities, joint and several, expenses of any nature (including attorneys’ fees and disbursements), judgments, fines, settlements, penalties and other expenses actually and reasonably incurred by Rockin N Rollin LLC , in connection with any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, or proceedings, civil, criminal, administrative or investigative, in which Rockin N Rollin LLC, may be involved, or threatened to be involved, as a party or otherwise, arising out of the undersigned’s conduct (negligent, reckless or intentional), arising out of the the conduct (negligent, reckless or intentional) of any passenger invited or otherwise permitted to participate in the chartered trip by the undersigned, or arising out of the use of alcohol by a person under the age of 21, which is specifically prohibited by Rockin N Rollin LLC.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, RELEASE Rockin N Rollin LLC assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay caused by any third-party, including the undersigned and/or any passenger invited or otherwise permitted to participate in the chartered trip by the undersigned. Rockin N Rollin LLC, specifically prohibits the use of alcohol on its property by persons under the age of 21, and the undersigned hereby releases Rockin N Rollin LLC , from any and all liability arising out of the use of alcohol by a person under the age of 21. The undersigned further agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Rockin N Rollin LLC, and its members, officers, managers, directors, agents and employees (the “Released Parties”) from, and agree not to sue the Released Parties for, any claims that I may have arising from, or in connection with, any personal injury, bodily injury, mental anguish, emotional distress, physical, property or other damage that I may suffer from any cause whatever related in any way to my participation in the Rockin N Rollin LLC charter. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I release, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from, and agree not to sue them for any personal injury, bodily injury, mental anguish, emotional distress, physical, property or other damage that I may suffer from the Released Parties’ negligence other than from intentional or reckless acts by such parties. I further agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all acts of God or the acts or omissions of any other agents over which the Released Parties have no direct or indirect control., from and against any and all losses, claims, demands, costs, damages, liabilities, joint and several, expenses of any nature (including attorneys’ fees and disbursements), judgments, fines, settlements, penalties and other expenses actually and reasonably incurred by Rockin N Rollin LLC, in connection with any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, or proceedings, civil, criminal, administrative or investigative, in which Rockin N Rollin LLC may be involved, or threatened to be involved, as a party or otherwise, arising out of the undersigned’s conduct (negligent, reckless or intentional), arising out of the the conduct (negligent, reckless or intentional) of any passenger invited or otherwise permitted to participate in the chartered trip by the undersigned, or arising out of the use of alcohol by a person under the age of 21, which is specifically prohibited by Rockin N Rollin LLC
RETAINERS:Charters may be cancelled at any time if one or more terms and or conditions of this contract are breached. Understand that no refunds will be given for any charter that is terminated for any of the previously mentioned reasons and the entire contract amount will be charged. All damages are the sole discretion of the driver and Rockin N Rollin LLC
CONTRACT OBLIGATIONS:
By submitting this reservation I understand and agree to the length and usage along with any charges, and further agree to pay for any and all damages my party may cause during the rental periods. I further agree to not hold Rockin N Rollin LLC or any of its employees responsible for any injuries or damages to myself or anyone in my party. I also agree to the above Rockin in Rollin LLC Terms and Conditions. And by submitting this reservation I am verifying that I have read the entire contract.
